Reliable sourcing. Mission-ready supply

Supply Chain Distribution

Coordinated sourcing, supplier fulfillment, and accountable procurement support.

LRC connects institutional buyers with qualified supply sources and coordinates orders from sourcing through vendor-direct delivery. Our model emphasizes responsive communication, clear specifications, and documented fulfillment.

How our distribution model works

1. Requirements review

We review item descriptions, quantities, approved equivalents, delivery locations, timelines, and any applicable contract requirements.

2. Supplier sourcing

We identify potential sources, confirm product availability, compare lead times, and review relevant documentation.

3. Quotation & order coordination

We communicate pricing and terms, confirm purchase-order details, and coordinate order placement with the supplying vendor.

4. Vendor-direct fulfillment

Products may ship directly from qualified suppliers to the buyer. LRC coordinates shipment information and works with suppliers on exceptions.

5. Documentation & follow-through

We support order status communication, shipment tracking when available, invoicing, and resolution of discrepancies.

6. Category-specific controls

For regulated products, additional licensing, product traceability, storage, shipping, or contract requirements may apply.

What buyers can expect

Our fulfillment model: LRC coordinates vendor-direct drop shipments. The physical shipment, storage, and transportation responsibilities depend on the supplying party and the terms of each transaction.
